CADMill Interlock is database based software module for designing function, sequence, logic and locking diagrams.

Function diagrams

Diagram represents the exact function of control circuit and shows all logical functions and equipments relating to the circuit. It's possible to draw function diagrams with symbols in accordance with either DIN or ISA standard.

Sequence diagrams

The software enables to create single and group control diagrams. Single control diagram represents the control of one regulating unit with it's lockings and group control diagram represents mutual connections and starting and locking terms of single controls. Diagrams are drawed using symbols accordant with SFS-EN 60848 standard.

Logic diagrams

The software includes symbols accordant with SFS 4627 standard for drawing logic diagrams. Diagram represents logic functions of the equipment detailed and the whole signal flow is represented exactly.

Locking diagrams

The software includes symbols accordant with SFS-EN 61082-1 standard for drawing locking diagrams. Diagram represents alarms, process alarms and system alarms.

With help of CADMill Interlock it's easy to create and maintain cross references existing in diagrams. References can be type of one to one or one to many and they can refer from one page to another or to the different file. User can add to the diagram pages also between of already existing pages and pages can be removed when program will number pages correctly and update all cross references automatically.

It's possible to link equipment's and control circuit's position information descripted with CADMill Process to diagrams designed with CADMill Interlock. After linkin, diagrams will be updatet automatically when information in process database is changed.
